Sending private coupons

Here we go again, boy this has been an interesting week for dealing with buyers...

So , I recently shipped out a pair of earrings to a new buyer and messaged her 5 days later that the item is "out on delivery" and she will be getting today and to contact me with any issues or concern.

As a Courtesy to first time buyers in my store I sometimes send  a private coupon code for her NEXT purchase buy one pair get the other pair free ( up to $20 off) on a BIN item only- not applicable for auction items or sellers offers-

She responses by saying she purchased a pair but the coupon code does not work, I did not see anything at my end and reminded her she need to purchase 2 pairs and place in "cart" and she will automatically receive $20 off the second pair upon check out by using the coupon code that I sent her.

Turns out she wanted $20.00 off the pair she just received in the mail. I explained myself again that this coupon clearly indicate that it was for her NEXT purchase Buy1 Get1 (Max $20 off). Very persistent in wanting this discount on a previous order. I told her , "I cannot honor this request, thank you for understanding", this coupon is for her next order. I later looked over her feedback profile and even though she has 100% positive feedback as a buyer, she received multiple comment from Sellers "Beware unreasonable demand" Beware buyer is Fraud" Beware Do not sell to this buyer" and the list comes on....so now I am panicking and hoping she does not leave me neg. feedback because of this experience, even if she leaves me neutral I will reply and explain the situation so my buyers are aware of this unreasonable demand. I would report her but if her feedback is neutral eBay will not remove. I am surprise to see that eBay has not suspended her account with so many sellers informing us to "Beware of this Buyer". If she leaves me neutral feedback can I still report her? Should I wait until I receive a feedback or should I report her now?
