Is it the one now listed?
If it is, and you continue relisting you may soon be restricted/suspended.
You could try contacting customer service here:

Generally better response than the off-shore CS that just follow a script, and generally can not help with serious issues.

If Ebay removed your item deeming it's authenticity is questionable, I would NOT re list it. It could jeopardize your account. Looks like you've already relisted it. I would take that down immediately. You're risking a suspension by relisting it as you are under Ebay's radar.
Be careful.

All I can tell you is dont relist it, or you will probably be suspended.Where did you get the watch?

The only thing you can do now is sell it somewhere else. If you re-list it on eBay, your selling account will probably be permanently suspended.
And, by the way, someone new to selling should not be listing a Rolex watch, or any other expensive item. eBay did you a favor by ending the listing. You need to get your feet under you and really understand selling on eBay before taking such an enormous risk. New sellers are magnets for scammers.
Actually, most longtime and very experienced sellers here would not list a Rolex on eBay. You should sell it through a reputable dealer.

If eBay took down your listing, then why are you resisting it again?
You’re flirting with disaster, eBay will not only take down the listing again but permanently ban you from eBay.
This is eBays playground if they don’t want you listing that then I suggest you don’t.

From here I see it's still live. Did you re-list?
Not my business, but if i was trying to sell a $4,000 Rolex I would say a few words about the condition, among other things. Probably include a better description then just repeating the all-CAP title. But that's just me, I've never sold a Rolex before so take it for what it's worth.
Just trying to help.

No longer listed. Even if it did sell, with no sales in the last 90 days, they would have been subject to the returning seller payout hold. I am kinda surprised that the OP could have even listed something at the price point with as few sales as they have had.
If the OP removed the listing, am glad they heeded above advice.
