Selling item but in different country

So basically, my relevant in US have an item and want me to list it on my eBay store that is located outside US, is it ok to do this or it will cause a problem

I wouldnt touch that for a million dollars..but up to you, of course.Just the idea of shipping a statue,easily broken,and fragile, should give you pause.
