Is this type of listing allowed? Seller seems to be doing a WHOLE LOT of it.
eBay item number 155753099149

I have submitted reports of listings in clear violation of the eBay policies that derive from the federal Indian Arts & Crafts Act of 1990. The result? Nada. Zip. Zilch. Nothing. Big waste of my time, and so I stopped doing it. I feel sorry for both the buyers and the Native artisans who are being rooked, but eBay does not give a flying fig.
Sorry, I guess that's a bit off topic.

"Appeal this decision" link leads me straight to "This Page is Missing, We've Looked Everywhere"
I've seen numerous people report the same error. Can you have this escalated as well devon@ebay ? Using the appeal link on the email notifying you AI found no issue with the listing reported generates a page not found error.

2500 of these Parting Out listings on eBay. The user I asked about has 1200 of those.
If eBay sees no issue with this, I'd sure like to know. I'll add several hundred

From the same seller?
I suspect the seller is drop shipping auto parts from other junk yards.
I'm not sure they're even that organised.

Hey @wastingtime101! Thank you for letting me know about this and I will get this reported and sent over to the correct team to be looked into!

Interesting. It appears that that listing is no longer available anywhere so I can't see it.
I reported a massive choice listing and just received this response:
We looked into your report and didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy. This determination was made by a customer service agent.
So apparently the AI opinion has trickled down to the CSRs.
