"With the new sellers hub im not able to sell from Puerto Rico"
Call me confused, but what does the (years old) Seller's Hub have to do with selling from PR? Are you talking about Managed Payments? I would hope that a PR based checking account would be accepted. If not, they really messed up.....

Thanks!

Those USD to USD conversion fees must be brutal.
I don't know what to say short of maybe some higher up in support can help. Part of me wonders if it's something Ayden just isn't aware of. Always seems to be an issue with Puerto Rico though. Do people in Guam or Northern Mariana Islands have this problem?
But stuff like this (particularly with banks) seems to happen enough with financial (or even shipping software) that I wonder if there is something else going on. Or could just be clueless programmers. *shrug*

Another glitch/oversight on ebay's part no doubt. Different day, same old story.

This is coming from left field (or more accurately from the north stands) but consider contacting RBCBank.
It is an accredited American bank.
The bank is no longer wholly owned by the Royal Bank of Canada, but they still have a substantial stake in it.
It is used by Canadians who want to have US bank accounts but not to live there. We used it when we had a business, based in Ottawa Canada, which did a substantial part of our business in US dollars and with US customers.
Mostly the Royal Bank promotes it to snowbirds who spend up to five months in the warmth of the US and come home for the healthcare.
We originally set our account up in person, and in Canada, but it may be possible nowadays to set it up online.

What happens if you put in the correct zip code but use Florida as the state?

If other US territories are included in Managed Payments, I can't imagine why Puerto Rico wouldn't be included as well?
No, 1pm PACIFIC time. It's 4pm Eastern time. (I finish work when it's on, in the event I have a question).

I had same issue, after 5 calls and almost a week they never got the issue.
I figure it out myself, go to your address settings on ebay , not managed payment, your account address and change it, choose in state Puerto Rico not USA.
Then save it, go to managed payments and will let you finish.
Something simple got me the headache of weeks and ebay never got the issue.

@angrystallion, is this what you're suggesting, if I have understood you correctly?
Go to your account settings, https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile, click Addresses, and click Edit next to Registration address. You may need to log in again to get there.
In your registration address, change the country to "United States" and then select "Puerto Rico" in the State/Province/Region box. The US territories are at the bottom of the list, after Wyoming. While you're there, make sure that your name and street address exactly match how they are shown on your bank account.

Yes on your personal info change the Country/Region that says United States and put Puerto Rico.
Then go to managed payment and you will not have any issues.

No, PR isn't a US state, it's a territory and therefore not considered a US bank. Sounds dumb i know since they us US currency blah blah blah...

It should look like this.
07-18-2021 02:28 PM
@angrystallion, OK, then you were able to register for managed payments after your registered address was entered like this?
(made up street address)

This will be excellent information to pass on to others having this same issue.
Well Done @angrystallion for figuring this out and @lacemaker3 for ironing out the details..
Perhaps the OP @jrad428 will come back and select as the SOLUTION for future sellers searching the board for this issue..
Bravo!
