Happens to me all the time, even when i share the direct link, ebay
always says have been promoted taking even a total of 30 comission. They
are stealing, if you dont pay promoted the they dont show your products
in the search
Yes on your personal info change the Country/Region that says United
States and put Puerto Rico.Then go to managed payment and you will not
have any issues.
I had same issue, after 5 calls and almost a week they never got the
issue.I figure it out myself, go to your address settings on ebay , not
managed payment, your account address and change it, choose in state
Puerto Rico not USA.Then save it, go to ...
