So I sold a graphics card box “targeting scalpers and bots” and it actually sold. In the title was the name of the box, company, and card but in my description I clearly stated that the box did not contain a hgraphics card and that the box was filled with other items I also stated no returns refunds or cancels. After clearly stating what was and what was not in the box is the buyer still able to get a refund due to his negligence to read the item description?

So...what did you achieve with this?

Interesting experiment. 'Pretend' to be a scam artist so you can do exactly what? Scam people?
IMO, you are lucky to still have your eBay account.

What’s wrong with buy low sell high? No different than what Target and Best Buy does. Many states including my home state has decriminalized ticket scalping. Econ 101 states in a capitalistic system if supply is lower than demand for any good or service the price will go up. I remember my professor at the University of MN using ticket scalping as a example. If you can’t pay to play them you will have to wait until price comes down or get a second job.
I have paid for many events in my lifetime by buying a couple of extra tickets to sell at a profit to pay for my own and dates tickets.

No the buyer is still able to get a refund due to you trying to be clever and outsmarting yourself 😄
Your listing was scam - and that makes you a part of the problem, not a part of the solution.
And because you came here and openly admitted to attempting to deceive buyers, you should hope no one is reporting that listing to eBay.

Thanks a lot. The next thing we are likely to see is a complaint from someone who fell for your scheme:
"ALL eBay sellers are scammers, so I'm leaving eBay".
You have muddied the names of hundreds of thousands of excellent sellers. You should be ashamed of yourself!

If your eBay account is suspended, you can always earn your spending money working telephone scams on the elderly. I'm sure your parents won't mind running another phone line down to the basement.

You have done this at least twice.
You will be lucky if eBay doesn't suspend your account INDEFINITELY.
You are one of the worst sellers I have seen on eBay in my almost 15 years here.
You should be totally ashamed of yourself. 😠

According to my understand eBay have mentioned in their product photo policy clearly that, The product photo should be clearly display. We cannot scam buyers using photos. So, if your product photo do not indicate what exactly you sell, I think it will be a policy violation.

It was a horrible decision to do this listing
listed to scam other who do not bother to read description
as stated buyer can get a refund NO PROBLEM
you should be ashamed but my guess is you are not
you are at least a want-a-be SCAMMER

YES
You cannot make a fake listing
You are trying to sell smut and get around the adult category
Hopefully eBay shuts you down permanently for this stunt.
