I have a massive amount of things to sell and need some help. I offer 25% of the sale price in payment.
I have women's clothes, some new with tags, that I have done an initial sort to take out clothes I don't think are saleable. I have a storage unit with a variety of things, including but not limited to, books, comics, albums and so much more.

You may be better off offering payment by the item listed, then.
The problem with just offering this small 25% cut is that if something doesn't sell (and there's a high probability that it won't any time soon unless it's very desired), an individual is out their time with nothing to show for it.
Offer to pay per listing created - I know *I* would be happy to prep, photo and list for a certain dollar value. After that, my participation in the item is done, and everything else, profit and the like, you reap.

Somebody to come to me as an employee and sell under my name, so that I am responsible for the fees and packing/shipping expenses.
If I understand correctly you are wanting somebody to basically logon to your account or accounts and handle the listing creation and posting? Are you wanting them to pack and ship the items as well? There are sellers that have "employees" that do exactly that from various accounts. However, make sure you find a trustworthy person as you will be giving them access to your banking information, SSN and other personal information.
You will, or should, also issue that individual a 1099 at the end of the year and they would need to report the income on their taxes and also allow you to claim their salary as a deduction.

Any good seller on eBay is too busy selling his own inventory.
If I were local to you, I would expect you to provide the eBay account, the SSN, and the bank account.
I would also expect to be paid $50 per hour for my time and you can keep all the proceeds.

So you are prepared to pay FICA, workers' comp coverage, etc.

If the OP has items that would average $200 per sale, Lucky is offering a good deal for the OP.

25% I doubt if anyone would touch your stuff for under 75%. Try a consignment shop in your area.

You'd be more likely to get an employee who lists for you, in your home/business, for an hourly wage.
The minimum hourly wage here is $16.75 an hour or 28 cents a minute.
Between photography, writing and uploading descriptions, and monitoring questions, I'd allow 20-30 minutes per garment.
So immediately the cost of your item has to be $5.50 or more.
Then you have to allow for fees at 13.35% on purchase, shipping, and sales taxes.
So a $100 sale to Oregon (no sales tax) with Free Shipping means your costs are $18.93
Plus packaging. Maybe a dollar? More for higher value garments.
And the shipping itself, because Free Shipping just means the cost of shipping is included in the asking price.
You see why selling used clothing online is a hobby rather than a profitable business, unless you are doing the labour yourself?
