I am a member of ebay since 2009, for years i am selling here and i sold 2400 items without problem. I am here for 15 years and now ebay says "Your account has been permanently restricted." They treat me like i am a hustler or something! It is very unfair and i couldn't believe it! I received 3 neutral feedback and 1 case. The reason was just it but ebay don't bother to look details of the feedback or case. 1 neutral feedback says he liked the item but overpriced like i forced him to buy! Other also was about me not speaking French in messages, also there is no any problem about item. The case was about a damage on item little bend while it is on cargo process so i gave full refund. Will i have to deliver on my hands? How can i control the shipping process? The problem can occur and i was there to fix it and gave full refund what can i do more?
It looks like ebay don’t care its sellers at all, they just look at the consequences! They don't look the reasons and it is so easy for them to ignore my 15 successfull years here. It is unbelievable! The sellers are worthless here! It is so easy to close any store here, i can also buy several items from one seller and then i can give neutral feedbacks even there is no any issue about the item and it can cause the shop to close. It is just easy like that but ebay don't want to see it and waste all my work here!

Sadly there is no any solution. After this problem i got a lot positive feedbacks from my customers but nothing is changed. It is really heartbreaking that ebay treat us like we are hustler. I have always been a honest seller for years, ebay must thanked me for this but instead they close my store for 3 nonsense irrelevant neutral feedbacks. It have to be not that easy!

@wastingtime101 Yes i know normally on my Dashboard page it shows next evaluation date but right now there is no any date there. It only says
"According to the Bad Buyer Experience ("BBE") policy, your status is: Action Taken

I realize you can't comment on account-specific issues devon@ebay , but is there any way you can offer some insight / next steps for a situation where an account is permanently restricted due to BBE policies, but still has 7,200+ active listings, with multiple sold since the account was restricted, and an active store subscription?
Why would listings still be active 2 weeks later? That doesn't seem right. Are there any steps a seller in this situation should to take to avoid further problems?

Hey @wastingtime101! In this case, I will not be able to share any insights into OP's account.

One of your neutral feedback seem to imply the item was counterfeit, or at the very least not authentic. That I think was what caused the suspension. You are located in Turkey and fairly or unfairly, there is a belief that lot of counterfeit items come out of Turkey.

Hi @turkrexrecords So sorry this happened to you.
It seems like an overreaction by eBay for neutral feedback alone to suddenly cause a permanent restriction of one’s selling privileges. I am wondering what other factors may have played a roll?
For example, did you get many returns? Or receive any prior warnings/temporary suspensions from eBay before this?
Noticed that your movie listings had no region codes or explanations warning buyers that an international CD/VCD may not play on their country’s devices. One of the neutral feedbacks suggested this to be an issue.
Did you solicit eBay to remove any feedback?
The buyer feedback complaining about your using english instead of french had possible grounds for removal.
EBay policy requires the seller to use the corresponding language of the country where the item was listed.
It states:
“Item descriptions, including pictures and video, must be in the primary language of the eBay site where the item is listed.”
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/item-description-policy?id=4372
In addition, your buyer expected something that was not promised to begin with, which is also technically against the rules. Buyers cannot demand to have something outside the scope of the listing.
Sorry this comes too late to be of help to you, but hoping it might help the next guy. Policy provided some unused opportunity for you that might have spared you some of this result had you known what/how to argue your case.
Sometimes sellers must advocate for themselves by calling Customer Support’s attention to the written rules they should know but may not.
Knowing the eBay rules and general governance is of benefit to all sellers.
