I noticed that some sellers said they have to leave feedback for one customer at a time. They said they have to spend a lot of time leaving feedback.
I don't know what kind of problem is preventing them from leaving feedback for all customers in less than a minute, but I thought I could tell how I do it and that might help someone.
You do not need to have a program that leaves feedback automatically. Every seller is supposed to be able to leave feedback for every customer and not spend more than one minute doing it. Of course, if there are some customers the seller does not want to give feedback, the seller can uncheck those customers and it will leave feedback only for those customers who are checked.
Go to my eBay "Selling".
Click on "Shipped and awaiting your feedback". This is a list of customers who have not received feedback and have been notified through eBay that the item has been shipped.
Put a check mark in the box for "Actions". That will automatically put a check mark by every customer.
Click on "Other action"
Click on "Leave feedback"
Click on "Use stored comments"
Click in the space for comments and it will show the comments you have used.
Click on the comment you want to leave for everyone.
Click on "Leave feedback"

Just my opinion but bulk feedback for buyers just shows how useless that feedback it.
I shop on 2 other sites (other e and rl) and they have eliminated buyer feedback.

No thanks - I customize each feedback to mention the item they bought so I would rather do them one at a time.
Also, not everbody GETS feedback. Some buyers should be getting negs but since we can only leave positive, I choose not to leave problem buyers ANY feedback. I also dont leave feedback when they pay. I wait and see how the whole transaction goes first.

It may be useless, but since we have it I use it just to cooperate with everyone.
If we have it, and it is considered to be a part of the experience of buying and selling on eBay, buyers might think it is strange if some seller do things differently from normal.
If we didn't have it, that would be fine. But there is no problem with having it, and it takes almost no time for sellers to participate.

That is fine.
Some sellers don't have time to leave feedback individually. If it takes too much time, they can do in in almost no time.
Not leaving feedback for problem buyers lets the buyer know that he/she did something that was a problem. It doesn't let anyone else know. I prefer to email the buyer to tell the buyer what kind of problem the buyer caused. That seems to be a more informative way of letting the buyer know than just not saying anything. But, there is nothing wrong with the way you do it.

Each transaction was unique. That is why leaving bulk feedback imo is useless.
It says nothing about the transaction, only that the seller performed a function.
When I check feedback and see the same comment over and over it tells me nothing. So imo unless you customize it as to how it transpired for each auction, then it is useless.

Some people are just completely engulfed in feedback.
I don't even pay any attention to it these days. With
all the other rules for buyers and sellers - there is no
need to.
I don't pay any attention to feedback either usually.
I just spend a few seconds every day or two looking to see if I have received a negative. I can usually get the customer to change the negative to a positive.
And, I read some of the comments my customers made. I like to see comments saying the customer is very pleased with the things I did.

Why did I even open this thread?

I noticed that some sellers are saving a lot of time by changing from the way they have been leaving feedback to the faster way.
It took them several minutes to keep up with which buyer had left feedback and which had not. Then they would leave feedback one at a time. They discovered that there was no need to be choosy about leaving feedback because the only person who read the feedback the buyer received was the buyer.

Me too, I didn't notice in time that it was the usual ya know.

Yes, almost all sellers already know about it and are using it.
But, there are a few sellers who could benefit from it and they seem to not know how it works.

I agree that there is no need to read the feedback comments as long as they are positive.
But, I read them anyway because I like to read the good things they say about me.
I think buyers reads those comments and sometimes decide to buy from me because some of my recent customers told about a specific thing I did which the customer liked.

If you mean this thread:

I read it as Buyers complaining they can't leave in bulk.
