Seller requirements not met

I have been selling for 10 years.  Today I tried to relist items not sold.  Above message "Seller Requirements not met."    Can't find anything causing this.  Any help appreciated.

Did you finish signing up for managed payments?

You are in Managed payments.......so sometimes you get this message when you have not completed the banking requirements or your cc as backup is expired or not there.

Yes, several times.  Everything appears to be correct.

I am also having the same problem with the bulk edit tool. I am with managed payments for 2 months now and everything is going smoothly.

I can relist one by one, but not bulk. It was giving me the same error as OP. I noticed this after some people complained that some of their listings were disappearing. Any thoughts

I went ahead and relisted each item individually, Crazy!  I have entered all my information several times and everything was fine for 2 months.   Guess I'll reenter it all again!  Good Luck!
