I had an item close today; had 1 bidder; the item doesn't show up in my "sold items" nor "waiting for payment". However, it shows as "do you want to relist" - yet in that relist prompt it shows sold and the buyers name. Why is this? and how do I fix ...

Items moving to Unsold and not Sold

I just had a sold item completely disappear...

I had a pendant up for sale to end today at 7pm ET. It and another item that had bids ended. The other item showed up in the Orders list. The pendant, with one bid on it, is nowhere to be found. Any ideas?

Auctions end with bidders ,..sold,..but goes to unsold?

Sold Item not showing as sold

every other time i ship outside of the US there's a problem, not to mention the higher paypal fee... i uncheck 'Sell internationally with the Global Shipping Program' but that's not enough. there has to be a way, i just don't see it anywhere. tips?

Cannot Send Invoice to Buyers

Several of my auction items ended an hour ago. I was going to send invoice to buyers and the items are not in "Awaiting Payment". They disappeared. What's up with that?

Buyer Returns Only Portion of Original Order

I accepted a return on some items, however the buyer only returned about 1/4 of original shipment. I cannot find anywhere to report this. Not in resolution center or on the open case ticket. Does anyone know how to handle this other than calling ebay...

Auctions are not auto relisting, but disappearing today

Is anyone else having there auctions disappear today? They are not auto re-listing, and are not in my not sold file. Did something change?

Glitchy Listings Because of February 28 Days

i just figured out why the re lists etc are acting 'weird?' It's bc of the 28 days this month. I just created a new listing and it went under listings that had 27 days and some hours left till they re list.

How do I send an invoice with eBay not showing sold items that had bids?
