Mentioned in my post of Seller Check In Highlights from about 6 weeks ago:
Chuck [Van Pelt] shared sneak preview screenshots of upcoming changes to the Seller Hub Orders page and Active Listings page surrounding search/filter navigation on Active listings, features to more easily access repeat buyer history on Orders, and more. I strongly encourage everybody to watch their networking session.
Here's that video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZeU_ynzUAY
I heard from a seller that has the new view today, at least for Active listings. I forgot to ask him about the Orders page. (In the video I loved what eBay did with repeat buyers on the Orders page.)
With my buddy's permission I'm posting screenshots from his new Active Listings view compared to the old view which most of us are still seeing. Green line is the divider. Top = current soon to be old view | Bottom = new view
Disclaimer: These images are from different computers and browsers, probably with different zoom settings, so don't assume that because the bottom one looks so tiny compared to the top that it actually is. I'm showing the comparison so you can see the changes in function and how everything is in a slightly different place under a more compact view with new filter buttons.

You can always decline the cancellation and say it's because you already cut the pieces.

No, I've tried. Mine converted yesterday and I am completely dismayed with this site. They have no regard for their sellers at all. It's going to go on until their shareholders notice the drastic drop in sales and loss of sellers. Give it at least 6 months to one year. Fourth Quarter should hopefully teach them a lesson. BTW, ever notice that's when they love to tamper with the system? That's because they assume the seller will struggle through it for the 4th quarter gains. Not everyone will. I live in a building and I counted about 30 packages sitting on our mailroom floor yesterday. Swamped with them. Every single one was from Amazon. Ebay is losing a major part of the market and they don't even seem to care. They continue to **bleep** off sellers who ultimately leave to go sell on Amazon. Self-annihilating.

They don't. They're raking in the dough with the promoted listings.

I am so sorry. I guess it is possible that you don't have any listings eligible to send offers right now, therefore there is no button visible. Maybe check the My eBay Active link https://www.ebay.com/mys/active again later today or tomorrow.

Was just switched over to new seller’s hub. What a disaster. Why would eBay eliminate crucial information about how many items have bids in the “selling” section? Do they ever test their new editions before going live?

I put stock numbers at the end of my titles.
When I do a store search, my stock numbered
listing comes up if it is there.
(My stock numbers are also the picture names.)

Yes, I agree 100%! The current manage active listings page is a waste of my time, please eBay, return to the former format!!!

Thank you, that was the problem. I just went and looked again and the send offer eligible appeared under the filters dropdown for offers. More cumbersome for sure but at least I've been able to find where I need to navigate to. This whole upgrade must be so frustrating for people with large stores. I can only imagine what a nightmare they've created for you guys.
