Wierd behavior. Title is:
The most common way to search is "HP-97 Calculator" but when I search the listing doesn't show.
I've tried all combinations of this title and the only one that finds my item is when I have HP-97;and the word "box" also in the title.
If I remove box the listing is not found.
Any suggestions?

A search for HP 97 calculator is automatically steered into the Vintage Calculator category.
You have listed in the Other Consumer Electronics category.
If you want your listing to appear in a search for HP 97 calculator, you should move your listing to the latter category instead of the former.

Using the search is like playing carps, sometimes you win sometimes you loose.
It's the 5th one down for me.

Item has been revised 5x today..........everytime a revision is made, it has to go thru the checking process again........which could mean a 24 hr delay.........

I only started to revise it AFTER I discovered it was not showing up. It was unrevised for a week and doing this.

I'll try that, thanks. It was easy to change. I'll check in a few hours to see if it was fixed.

You are most welcome. I see it now in that search.
Good luck with your listing.

Wow.... This is ridiculous... I've had a couple vintage bicycles, which I thought would be pretty desirable listed, but got very few clicks on the listings. I could search for the exact terms listed in my title, and a whole bunch of bikes would show, but not mine...
Even sorting by distance, mine wouldn't show up.
Remove a couple words, and one of the two would show up, and then the other would be way down the list of results... Even sorted by distance, which would logically show them, and any other bikes near me, right next to each other.

Make sure you are listing in the correct category for your search.
Try searching for your listing the way a potential customer might by using a few keywords, and see what category the search is steered into. That is the category you want to list in if you want your listing to appear in that search.
