I am a seasons seller with over 10,000 items and just learned something new.
I have an item listed, Philosophy Shear conditioner, and am the lowest price, but no sales, so started to research. I have many words in my title, so that when someone is looking for it, if they just type 2 or 3 words, as long as I have them in my title, it should show up. Mine does not. I called spoke with 2 supervisors, was told ebay controls what listings are shown at any given time, so even though you are looking for say philosophy conditioner, mine won't show. They told me it's a special algorithm and no one knows how it works.
Well after all these years I am shocked to learn only certain listings are shown to certain people.
Color me stupid I guess. There is no reason to exclude me, I have perfect feedback and power seller or whatever they call it now, I comply with all their policies, even when I don't want to and this is how I'm repaid.

eBay is BrOkEn
What more can be said?
What was once a GREAT site to sell on has become a QUAGMIRE at best!
Everyone who buys Philosophy Shear conditioner on eBay should be able to sue them for OVERCHARGING
I see a major lawsuit brewing for lost sales from millions of sellers & millions of buyers who were overcharged. . .

One word.......Cassini!
Back when ebay did away with the universally accepted search utility "*" and went with a stand alone search vehicle, many realized they were up to no good. They needed something they alone could bend and mold and manipulate, to no end. No outside the deepest dungeons in ebays basement could even begin to understand the functionality behind it. But, that's ebays game.
Pick some function here, and see the manipulative meddling that goes on, besides just the search feature. No wonder there is NO trust!!

If I were in your shoes I would kill that listing and call eBay and ask them what the title should be.
They have a team dedicated to search, they can be very helpful if you can get them on the phone.
I've had this happen on some of my items, I was told by the eBay search team to change from eBay motors to business and industrial for my catagory selection.
This is really MESSED up. . .

Copy the title exactly like the person on the top of the search!
If you can't beat them join them, there's no law against copying someone else's title. . .

Yep - and it does show up under 'results matching fewer words'.
And the listing with both shampoo and conditioner works out cheaper than yours for the 16 oz size.
