I've received this error if I've blocked someone and they were already a
"interested buyer" to send an offer to. You'll keep getting that error
until you either unblock the person or end the item and relist it, then
if that person watches again eBay ...
My luck would be I'd buy the $500 guitar and get sent the $100... and
never get the $500 guitar because it was sent to that guy who won the
$100 one. Usually how it works out.
Solution is don't sell cheap stuff on eBay. I wouldn't fool with
something for $17, not worth the trouble. Still better than Amazon
though, they'd charge you 25% base fee, and you'd likely lose money on
shipping.
Amazon used to be a majority of my income, now I'm lucky to get half a
dozen sales a month there. December is basically the only month I do
well there. It's gone from my #1 sales platform to my last. My only
