Can someone/anyone please tell me if this is a common issue for them as well?
I started back up selling in ebay after a decade. I am selling antique/vintage purfume bottles to start. My 1st listing of 20 I had 2 immediate buy it nows only to have to deal with the guy wanting me to communicate with him outside ebay. I told him no and he never pd. for the items so I canceled and relisted. I was able to talk with ebay and they said to leave FB. When I went to leave FB, a window popped up saying the person is not registered. Now it happened again on a 3rd item. Is this frequently done?
When I go to contact it tells me to read a article. How do I find the window I click on where it says they'll call me in 1 min like I did on the previous items?
Thank you

No longer a registered user usually means ebay has kicked them off the site.......so no way/use to try to contact them or to try to leave feedback....
Unfortunately, auctions, especially from new sellers, attract scammers and you run into more problems like the non payers than you will with running fixed priced listings with immediate payments.

When you cancel, be sure to wait out the 4 days so you can give them a strike for non-payment.

Since they are non-paying buyers, there is no need to leave feedback, since it could only be a positive (without negative remarks). I have no idea why an ebay rep would advise you to leave feedback. List your items as fixed price with immediate payment required.

Make your Buy It Now items Immediate Payment Required.
That will eliminate some of the troublemakers.
