Scammed and ebay help ??

Why can't I speak to someone? anyone for that matter.  Bought a  item that might be a scam, want my money back but every time I go to the seller to return it, the page no longer exist.... been trying to reach live chat  but I keep getting failed pages... when I try and return it  "the user no longer exist". help??? who do I go to? I also brought the item as a guest.

Try reaching out to the ebay for business people at facebook, twitter or instagram. I find Facebook the best.
