Hello
First time writing here.I bought two products from a user that had 1000 positive points with 99%. Upon receiving the products they came with defect and were imitation (Pandora .... easy to recognize imitation). I returned the products spending my money. I left a negative point telling my bad experience...few days later I can not see my evaluation. I wrote to Ebay and it tells me that maybe it was removed by the Ebay policies. how to avoid the problem if Ebay erases the negative comments .... that disappointment.

Why did you return using your own money? For not as described cases the seller pays the return shipping. To do this you have to open a return.
As to your feedback left, what exactly did it say?

If feedback violates policy, it can be removed.
Unless you tell us exactly what your feedback said, we have no way of knowing whether the removal was appropriate or not.

If feedback violates policy, it can be removed.
If feedback does NOT violate policy, it can be removed as well.
There is no reason for a buyer to worry about the seller's feedback score; a seller with great feedback might be a great seller, or might be a weasel who is all too familiar with how to get bad reviews removed.

By "appropriate", you mean whether or not it met one of eBay's published, secret. or imaginary guidelines for removal. Removing negs for unrelated events like the buyer losing an INR case or mentioning an eBay case is not "appropriate" in the true sense of the word.

Just posting to the end of the discussion.
Here are reasons for removal (or not) as cited by ebay. As suggested there are others they don't talk about.

I'm sorry for your bad experience. You're entitled to your opinion but sometimes the feedback is not in violation but eBay removed it to protect the seller. An example is if you claimed the item was fake and the seller sells a lot of them and nobody else said they were fake and the seller has the receipt from Pandora then eBay would probably remove it.
Can you tell us exactly word for word if possible what you said? When you were messaging the seller for the return did you mention feedback or their rating? Did you mention an eBay case?

This is not accurate. Even in the rules that govern FB, it says that saying something is a fake is fine.
FB is only removed if it breaches one or more of the Ebay rules on FB. Now often times the buyer doesn't agree with Ebay for doing this, but that is not part of the process. Ebay does not now nor have they ever sought the approval of the buyer before removing FB. It is Ebay's opinion that matters in such cases.
There are also times when FB is removed for cause and it doesn't appear that what the buyer said really did breach one of the rules. This happens when emails between the buyer and seller show some evidence of extortion, threats or something else that breaches an Ebay rule.
Just because someone is entitled to their opinion does not mean they are free to say whatever they want without due care.

That isn't how that rule reads. You can mention a case on either Ebay or PP, you just are not suppose to mention the outcome of the case.
How is an INR on the transaction an "unrelated" event?
And Yes the rules for removing FB are published.

Did you mention leaving feedback in your communication with the seller ?

If a seller ships an obviously damaged or counterfeit item, winning an INR has nothing to do with a buyer complaining the goods were junk. Some sleazeballs deliberately ship late to take advantage of this Get Out of Jail Free card.

Not all of them. And as long as the first yahoo who answers the phone at eBay can remove a feedback without explaining the reason, feedback will remain pointless.

The email received from CS shows that it was a policy violation and included a link to feedback manipulation.
I understand that but I don’t actually trust cs to give accurate information on why.
Most of that policy definitely doesn’t pertain to the ops situation. The only possibility would be leaving having left lots of bad feedback or low dsrs for sellers but I don’t see an excessive amount left by the op that would indicate that as the reason either
