This is a convoluted story so Ill try my best to describe what has happened.
I have my own online store since 2017 and ship almost daily.
I received an order for just over $300 and shipped to FNQ
A day later the same order to be shipped to SA, I am in Brisbane.
After the second item was shipped the first item was charged back.
I tracked the whole thing down to a seller on ebay selling my products at 1/2 my price, even stateed its my brand with my pics.
So, people buy from ebay then the ebay seller buys from me with stolen CC and end user gets their goods but im out the item cost and the shipping costs.
I called ebay and they said they will investigate but the seller is still working his little scam.
Is there anything at all i can do ? ebay will not give me the sellers info etc or do anything to recover my loss.
Cheers

If you have tracking showing delivery to the address provided by eBay you should be protected from any Fraudulent Use credit card chargeback.
Did you provide the tracking information to eBay via the chargeback dispute?

If buyer is purchasing from your 'own' website using a stolen CC, then there is nothing anyone can do on ebay; members or ebay itself as they have nothing to do with it.
Yes, they be selling 'stolen' goods and the best thing ebay will do is when they ask for receipts (if they do, depends on how much they sell, how often, hit/miss) for what they are selling and seller does not provide, ebay just 'bans' them from selling....but that still does not help you at all.

File a police report.

I would think you need to file an official report with your local law enforcement agency.
I've got links where you can file reports for stuff like this in the USA, I'm just not sure how it works for your country.
When I do a search on the internet, I get the following info. I hope it helps.
https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam
https://www.counterfraud.gov.au/find-where-report-fraud
https://www.vic.gov.au/report-cybercrime-and-online-scams
I am so sorry this is happening to you. I hope you report this anywhere and everywhere you can.
If you can, come back and update us on your progress. I sincerely hope you nail them!!!

I have tried reporting but nobody will listen untill I have a name to give and ebay dont care at all, they wont give me any info and the CC processor cant help because they dont know who it is. Hell, ebay is till letting this scammer sell stuff. Seems ebay is nothing more than a provider for these thieves

Since it didn't happen on Ebay, there's not much they can do.
You can report them to Ebay for selling stolen merchandise, but without a police report, not much they can do.
Your credit card processor processed the payments, so they should know something about the buyer, or at least the names on the cards.

Sounds like your ordering software is not performing an Address Verification System check. It is commonly ignored because stores want to accommodate gift sales.
Pursue having an AVS check with your software provider. A lost sale is better than a bad sale which loses money.

The cc processor only has the name of the person whose card was stolen and that person was not involved in the scam..........that's the problem. However the cc processor approved the payment...... On ebay, you would be covered.......ebay would guarantee the payment to the seller since they approved the purchase. I don't know what/how cc handle it.

Ebay will NEVER give you the financial info of your buyer nor will they give out any other personal info about the buyer. You are expecting something that will never happen, so you will always be disappointed.
