I have reached out to ebay about sales/views on several occasions. Zero help. Ii was advised to get a store I did no sales increase no more views. I have promoted items per ebay suggestion. No additional sales. It is now costing me more in fees then my sales are. Just saying.

Hopefully ebay will sooner rather than latter become better able to identify changes that will help to successfully address a major problem, that of lack of growth in sales & declining sales.

Take a critical look at your product descriptions, images, pricing, and shipping options. Are they compelling and competitive enough to attract potential buyers? Consider optimizing your listings to make them more appealing and informative. In addition, providing excellent customer service can contribute to positive feedback, repeat purchases, and word-of-mouth recommendations. Promptly respond to customer inquiries, address any issues or concerns, and strive to exceed customer expectations. In addition to eBay's promotional suggestions, consider expanding your marketing efforts beyond the platform. Utilize social media platforms, create engaging content related to your products, CRM data enrichment strategies, and explore targeted advertising options to reach a wider audience.

From experience, don't waste money on a Store or the extras. I never had better sales and just lined Ebays pockets. As others have said, your prices are a bit low and your shipping is high on alot of things. Make sure you measure and weigh everything(with box and packing materials). A few inches off can cost you alot. Sometimes as little as one inch longer can hop the shipping an additional $5. Experiment with USPS flat rate stuff. I save so much sending in a flat rate bubble envelope(which are free to order from USPS to your home). For example a pair of Vans shoes would be $25 to ship priority to California by weight, but a flat rate bubble envelope is under $10. And you can even fit a small box inside the envelope to protect item more. And you are provided insurance on the item I believe up to $100 in value.

Libel is intentional defamation. An opinion about pricing would never in any court reach the high standard to be considered libel.

Any "opinion" can be considered libel even if the attempt was not to intentionally libel.
If I said so-and-so's store "is not worth visiting because he's sells fake merchandise," for example, and if I can't back that up, it's libel should anyone care to pursue it.
A flat statement that someone is overcharging by 50x could also reach that standard, as the effect could be very impactul on that person's sales.
