Sales

After selling on Feebay for over twenty years, sales volume is dying. Eight days without a single sale. Promoted listings? lol. Time to leave Feebay.

Re: Sales

Feebay charges the seller fees on the taxes buyers pay and on the shipping charges, no matter who pays. What hidden fees will Feebay charge next?

Re: Sales

These are not hidden fees. They are clearly stated within the help/policy information. What appears to be hidden is people's ability to understand the world around them, expecting things to be as they believe rather than how they really are. If sales are slow, do some homework for the future. Make some good use of that extra time on your hands.

Re: Sales

LOL! I just had a $169.00 item returned because the buyer's husband already had one. So, she changed her mind. Guess who Feebay charged for the return shipping label? Funny how it's difficult to find that info. BTW, I'm retired and very comfortable. I just don't appreciate corporate greed and incompetence.

I see you offer Free Returns on many of your listings, so is it not appropriate that you paid return shipping? Free returns covers any reason for the return including buyer’s remorse.

I'm guessing you, since you offer free returns.

Whats difficult about it?

Who did you think pays for the return if you have free returns?

Have a great day.

Re: Sales

Many sellers feel you frustration.

Also many sellers have ideas on what you can do to " wake up" your views and sales.

Do they work?

I don't know.

But it can't hurt to try them.

What have you got to lose?

One thing we are having some success with is to end a listing. Use the "sell similar " option to relist it. But make sure you modify the title, description,  and even the price a little. I'm not going to say this is the reason our sales bounced back up ( however temporarily it is) but if it's helping, I don't care if this is what's doing it or dumb luck.

Again, many sellers are in the same fix you are in.

Wish I had better news.

Re: Sales

Why would you offer free returns if you didn't want to offer free returns? I don't get it.
