How do I handle this? How will ebay handle this?

This is the first time this has happened to me.I had a GSP sale the other day.I think it was going to Australia.A few days after I shipped it the buyer messages me "How do I cancel this order?"For what it's worth, I don't accept (remorse) returns.

Not Fair
