Sales stopped 10 days ago, no questions, no offers, Zero activity. What Happened? Sales since 3/18 (last 10 days) no sales.  Traffic decreased around 60%. Why was my traffic cut by 60%. Is there an error related to the latest updates? Many chats to Customer Service, but no change.

I lost my TRS with the last evaluation... my number of sales have (steadily) fallen below 100 over the last 12 months. Oh, well... upward and onward and all. Hang in there like I'll be doing.

No weekend sales here at all in the last 3 weeks.. It makes me wonder.. My sales are now Mon-Thur..  with often 0s on the weekends.. Used to be completely opposite.. I will give the fact that people are still working from home and must get out on the weekend.. but you'd expect some later in the day when it winds down.. but nothing..  Doesn't help that the news is so uber focused on telling everyone to pinch pennies..  Ruins an economy imho.

That listing for the Sony shows many others Sony Blu Ray being sold for much lower. I assume you are not using Promotions and they are. I know- it's a different model, but most don't care about dvd/blu ray anymore- too simple to just stream. If they do care, one player to another for much lower prices would be what they lean towards. You would need that special buyer only to want to pay more for something like that. Even worse, it's not complete.

That is about when we did not know how high is gas was going to go. Suddenly, luxury items dont seem important, I am buying nothing except gas right now.

   I have the same thing currently happening - no sales in 4 days, and none this weekend so far - very unusual. I don't think it's eBay, but rather world conditions, inflation, gas prices out the roof, overall low-grade business depression in our society, and generalized fear.

   I've been here for just under 24 years now, and there have been lots of ebbs and flows. Right now - ebbing. It'll come back. It always has, and patience is the best antidote.

   Take a deep breath, don't panic with your socks all tied up in a wad, and use this current downtime for listing. And speaking of listing, your listings show you to be a one-trick pony selling niche tea. It is the equivalent of an investor having all his money in just one stock.  You have some pretty good sales, some expensive ones, and the last one being on March 17. Diversify, and try some other items if you are only interested in the number of sales.

   By the way, don't expect anything believable from eBay Customer-No-Service, which is a joke. If I have a genuine problem with eBay that needs solving, l have successfully used eBay for Business on Facebook.

No changes for me, little over 1 items sold a day on average with 500 listings for past few months.

EBay CS (nor any CS anywhere) was never intended to tell a specific seller why their items are not selling.

I dont know, Neighbor told me he couldn't navigate from ebay's main menu and I just tried it saw same. Site just sits there so folks cant get at categories to browse.

I really believe their search functionality has been really damaged since the winter update, and trying to get all the extra item specifics figured out as to how that affects return search results.  People are not seeing the proper items they ought to be seeing for the searches they are entering.  Many people have written how they can find things on ebay better using methods OUTSIDE of ebay, now.
