eBay was founded on safe buying and selling and Feedback was a #1
determination in that safe buying and selling. Yet, very few buyers use
the feature...even when asked....Are others feeling and experiencing
this?
If you send an offer to a seller..and it's accepted..eBay automatically
charges you for the deal....Regardless, if questions go unanswered, they
still charge automatically...A new form of Terrorism, I would say...
The tactic is inconsistent...and the fine print is on the bottom of the
screen, tough to see...That's is what I meant...The practice is
reasonable. The mode in which eBay implements is not...
