eBay charging insertion fees for items not listed

I have deleted all my auctions yet eBay keeps charging me insertion fees for relisting items.  Nothing has been relisted.  The fees keep mounting up every day and are now well over $200.  I have called eBay several times to get this taken care of but nobody seems able to help.  Does anybody have any ideas how to stop this?

When did you delete all of your auctions?

I only see one Sold item, but can't see the Ended listings. How many did you have... I mean, to rack up all those fees?

The only thing I can begin to suggest is to ask for help through Facebook, tell them what is going on and tell them you need to be able to speak to someone on the phone and please provide you  with a real number.

I doubt the people who answer will be any help, but one might take pity on you and move you up the ladder to someone who can really help.

Did any of those auctions have bids? We cannot see your listings so it is hard to say what is going on.
