Sales for August

Have you guys also experienced a slight decrease in sales for August? I only got around 60% of my normal months revenue in August and was wondering why

My revenue for August was substantially lower than last August and this July.

I was not surprised. There are headwinds, and rotten news headlines.

Saw some pickup in sales starting Friday, and a higher average sale. I am hopeful the drought has passed. If not I will need to list more.

I just looked at my August sales & mine were up 52% compared to prior year. I just focus on listing, photos & descriptions. The true profit starts with the purchase price & ends with the sale price. Good Luck in September.

Yeah, down 50%.

But on the 27th, sales picked up unexpectedly and I'm on track to make what I usually make if it continues

Oh I sell digital items so the delivery time is negligible

May sales pretty much rise and fall depending on our luck at finding good stuff to sell.  Found awesome stuff in August--so sales were up 40% over the prior month.
