Sale marked as paid when it was not paid

Paypal has no evidence it was paid.  I asked the buyer how he paid & he said "money was sent" & that's all.  I just know Ebay will send him the money & I will be out.

Are you in Managed Payments? If you go to the payments tab of eBay does it show an account being processed?

It is possible to mark a listing as paid manually.

This is useful when the Local Pickup was paid in cash.

But if it was not recorded (even as Pending ) in Paypal and does not show up in your Managed Payments, do not ship until it does.

You are in Managed Payments, as shown by GooglePay and ApplePay showing as possible ways for payment on your listings.

Nothing will show in your PP account ever again.

yes, check your ebay sales page...........your items show you are in MP, so the payments will not go to paypal............

You are in ebay's Managed Payments now.  You will no longer receive money in your PayPal account for eBay sales.  As suggested, you need to check on eBay under the payments tab.  If you want to purchase your shipping label on eBay, you can choose to have the shipping label come from your balance or still pay with PayPal so long as you have funds there.

You are in Managed Payments so no payment will go to PP anymore. Maybe you were just moved there. You would have received messages from ebay to sign up for MP a while back, and probably many reminders.

Check your 'my ebay' and click the 'payments' tab and you will see items sold. You won't get the $ until you have completed sign up including giving a bank etc. to deposit to.

With Managed Payments payments are sent to your bank account 5-7 days AFTER sale is made.  Nothing goes your PayPal account anymore.
