Yes, its very, very slow! Maybe consider finding a second source of income to go along with your ebay sales? I started selling on other platforms because this place is so incredibly dead this Holiday season and its making a huge difference for me.

Its not just ebay sellers who're suffering from slow sales. Walmart lost close to $10 billion dollars this year so far, Amazon is in the negative too, along with a ton of other retailers. Amazon is getting ready to lay off 10,000 workers right now.

I'm taking advantage of the slowdown to work on my youtube gaming channel.

I have had dismal sales this month......yesterday I set a record low $9 in sales which is the lowest int he entire 23 years I have been selling on ebay.

More disturbing is the near 50% collapse in listing views over the last 2 weeks.

Either the entire economy has collapsed of ebay has once again deployed code to push sales down

As others have noted diversify across multiple venues and forums and when you do adjust your prices according to your costs to sell on the other platforms/venues. I sell across multiple forums and venues and I can list items on those venues at lower prices since the costs are less on the other venues. I also use a number of local forums where there is no shipping involved so the buyers avoid the shipping costs along with all of the issues that come with it.

EBay may have a larger buyer market that a lot of other platforms/venues but that means little if nobody is buying.

Heating fuel is really expensive this year. Groceries and rent are way up. Gasoline costs are not great. Medical expenses have increased.

Due to the all of the above, I do not have any discretionary income to spend on dolls this month. Sorry.

So sad & sorry for you😥 Why would someone depend on a selling site for their income just amazes me. Maybe try to get a job. If unable cause of SSD & that is to low for you there are many places who offer help. Churches, food banks, charities, & other places. You have lot of nice stocking stuffer items maybe some will sell.

The eBay rules prohibit me from specifically naming other sites by name but there are several local forums that I use that have been doing well. Not difficult to find just google it. You are in a pretty good sized city that is also only about 20 miles from Orlando so you have a pretty good potential buyer base.

The thing I really like about the local forums is not having to deal with shipping, although I have gotten requests to ship a few things, most of them have no fees and the risk of returns or shipping damage is almost 0.

I saw the writing in the wall back in July, as my sales were very slow. This happens to me on the summers. Any way, I got a job. I am not waiting for my sales to go back up. I hope that sales come back, but as the economy is going down south, its going to be a slow winter.
