DO NOT SHOP TO
Scammers using the address to ship high end products and opening returns with no products inside. eBay ends up refunding the buyer. We are losing product and money.

1. Is that the address of a freight forwarder?
2. Did you know we're not allowed to "name and shame" here?

Yeah, we wouldn't want to disclose a fraudulent buyer because eBay won't, or do anything about it, huh!!

Yes, they are freight forwarders

Its not a matter of that, its a matter of liability.

How would you react if someone started a thread telling people to never buy from rhiggsbear because he is a fraudulent seller?
How would anyone know if the accusation was legit, without knowing both sides of the story, in detail? How would anyone know if the person posting was a buyer, a competitor, an angry ex-girlfriend or spouse, or just a random loon?
What good would these forums do anyone if they degenerated into nothing more than complaints about this seller or that buyer?

That’s not your problem nor is it the problem of other posters here that are all too happy to tell on someone. Treachery is the gravest of all sins.

It’s not your business nor your responsibility to report anyone. It speaks volumes about your morality….

May I respectfully remind you that, when a buyer uses a freight forwarder, the seller's responsibility for safe and prompt delivery ends when there's tracking showing the package arrived at the correct destination address, which, in this case, would be that of the freight forwarder?

Anything posted to a public forum is my problem and my business if I choose to make it so.

In today's world it is 'See Something, Say Something'. That has helped thwart many of crimes, attempted bombings etc. Those that DON'T speaks volumes about their morality...
There is a drop down top right corner and one of the items to choose is 'report inappropriate'.
It wouldn't be there if the forum didn't want other members to 'use' it.
Therefore, it's ALL of our responsibility to use it when needed.
