SALES TAX TO IA*, MN*, WA*.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF EBAY IS COLLECTING THE SALES TAX THAT I NOW SEE LISTED ON ALL OF MY AUCTIONS. OR ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT????? ALL OF A SUDDEN EACH OF MY LISTINGS STATES SALES TAX TO  IA*, MN*, WA*.??????????????????????

For the States with the Marketplace Facilitator laws Ebay is legally required to collect and remit the sales tax. You can find a list of the start dates for relevant States halfway down the page here:

EBay has sent plenty of emails on the subject along with few announcements.  Make sure you are just deleting these emails or maybe they are getting stuck in your spam folder.  A link was already supplied for the details on this subject, so I won't repost it.  But a couple things.

Next week the Spring Seller Update should be released, so make sure you don't miss that email.  

Also if you haven't done this, make sure you are subscribed to Announcements.  I've provided a link below.  Just go the the OPTION area on the right and click on Subscribe.  That way when Ebay makes an announcement, you get an email.  It is easier than always checking announcements.

You can add Michigan to the list.  My invoices now have auto added sales tax.
