Hello! I am a top rated eBay seller but have always just been a "hobbyist", never having an ebay store. I'd like to put some of my items on sale (so when a customer sees my listing, they see it as regular price $19.99 but now on sale for $16.99 for example). I've seen this on other listings but I don't see it available under my marketing tab. I'm thinking this is just for eBay store owners? If so, can I start with the Basic membership and get this option? I don't have a ton of volume and don't really need any other benefits at this time....I just really want to be able to put some of my listings on sale for customers to see. Also, curious to those who have done this if it's helped with sales. I'm hopeful this will help as my listings have been pretty stagnant for awhile. Thanks in advance!

Yes, do Basic store, but choose " monthly" vs annual subscription. Good luck!

Markdown Manager is available only for store owners. However, I don't believe you need a store to offer a public "coded coupon"...so you could create a coded coupon, let's say for a 10% discount, and offer that instead of doing a 10% off Markdown Manager Sale. Not exactly the same thing, but it serves pretty much the same purpose.
If you opt for a store, you can use either one.
