Buyer claims item was not delivered

i sold an item, buyer paid for it and i shipped it with label off ebay.  tracking says it was delivered to front porch.  buyer is claiming it isnt there and opened a case and requesting a refund.  the tracking number i provided says it was delivered.  does ebay refund the buyer and i keep my money?

If the tracking number matches the address on the buyer's account, then the case 'should' be closed in the seller's favor without a refund to the buyer.

All you need to do is post the tracking number to the case the buyer opened.

You might want to tell your customer to check with the post office.     They have GPS tracking and might be able to see who received the package.
