I had a situation where I bought an item. It was full of scratch marks not listed anywhere. Because went on vacation i missed 3 day money back guarantee. I tried resolve with seller who knew card was damaged and basically said tough luck. Posted a fair review which he got removed within an hour even when showed ebay the pictures they just said?" Sorry missed 3 day window and try work with buyer". They would not even give me a reason for its removal. Talk about setting an environment where ppl dont trust buying!

I am a seller and never had to have a review removed because I dont scam and get packages out quickly. Reviews should be a way for ppl to differentiate poor sellers and good ones. They certainly shldnt be removed so easilt and without explanation IMO

You can't leave negative feedback when the case closes in the seller's favor.

Don't buy anything with a 3 day money back guarantee before you go on vacation in the future.

I thought it would arrive on expected date per USPS and they of course were delayed and I left for the trip. I just never experience a site that removes reviews so easily and has so many rules about how one can leave them. I have not has a single bad review because I deliver quality and get packages to usps next day. I also dont charge 2x-3x the actual shipping cost.

A couple of comments:
1. As an experienced seller, you aren't aware that the "expected date" is merely an estimate?
2. Clearly, you cut your purchase and and vacation dates too close.
3. As a seller of sports cards yourself, your Topps listings are only 3 day NAD returns also. So why are you surprised? Would you agree to a return after the 3-days passed?
4. Claiming that you "dont charge 2x-3x the actual shipping cost" is not accurate or honest. Your seller used Ground Advantage, a more expensive service for shipping than the standard envelope you use. You're comparing apples and oranges.
