cannot get help finding her address
Hi @rodroy480
If you shipped the item and printed your label through eBay you do not need to give the Buyer their address, they supplied it when they purchased.
What you need to check is the tracking on the sold item in this file: Orders — eBay Seller Hub
Click on the transaction details on the item on this page, the address will be there.
If tracking shows that it was delivered the Buyer will have to check with their local Post office and ask them where they delivered it. If they think it was stolen they need to contact their local Police and file a stolen property report, they can use that with their Home owners or Renters insurance to see if they can file a claim to get their money back.

If you shipped the order, find it under Orders>Paid and Shipped.
If it was within the last 90 days, it should be there and her address should be on the order.

Give the buyer the tracking number which can be found on your Orders->All Orders page.
They can then see where the carrier last reported the shipment.
(But not where it is today.)
If they open a Claim, you will need this number to show eBay first that the item was sent and second that it was Delivered.
Do NOT assume that eBay has this information.

If it's the item you sold yesterday, go to your orders waiting to be shipped.

If you are unable to find your buyers address, perhaps you should do a little bit of reading on how to be a ebay seller.

If you don't have their address it's because they haven't paid.
The address only turns up once eBay has seen their payment.
A little Seller Protection there.
Then, like your other sales, eBay puts a Hold on the payment, from which you can print a shipping label, and after eBay decides the customer is satisfied, it is released and Managed Payments transfers the money to your checking account, usually on Tuesdays.

The item sold on Jan 1st.. Today is only the 2nd. So the buyer expected the item in ONE day? Yesterday was not even a business day.

Then would the answer be; "It's on my hall table next to the ceramic Christmas tree and a single mitten. It will go into the mailstream before the 3pm pickup at the post office."?

What kind of help are you seeking? The address you shipped to is on the order form.
Where did you try to get help from?
Here is a link to all your orders.

Why do you want to message the buyer? Before you even think about doing that, answer some of the questions other sellers asked you so we can make sure you're handling this right. Contacting the customer is likely to compound your issues right now.
