I don't know what a "chad channel" is but do you believe everything you see/hear on there? The seller you mention might not even know what he is talking about, he may be saying things that are not true (lying), or he may be embellishing the things he says to make himself sound important or make it seem like he is an expert, which he most likely is far from being an expert.
You-Tube videos are not a good place to get correct information. If you want correct information, there are many people on these boards with many years of experience and knowledge that are happy to share that experience and knowledge. And there's always eBay's Site Map where you can look up answers yourself.

It doesn't matter what a sellers policy for returns are. eBay's Money Back Guarantee policy will over ride it.
There is no secret. Remorse returns are paid for by the buyer.
If the buyer files a return for damaged, not as pictured or described, missing parts or pieces, the seller pays.
If a buyer files, doesn't fit, changed mind, ordered by mistake, found cheaper elsewhere, they are remorse returns so the buyer pays.

@rosiesattic51To clarify what @ebooksdiva was saying.
If you have set the listing to No Returns Accepted, the buyer cannot use any option to file for a return except using the option "Doesn't match photos or description". That is the only option that will force a return to the seller, regardless if they set their item for no returns or not. Granted, it should only be used if the item doesn't match the description or photos, but some people do use it to circumvent the no-returns option, which of course isn't fair to the seller in most cases.
For example, most of my listings have some form of return, either free returns, or buyer paid returns. But some items I will list with no returns, however I clarify that with my return policy to include the fact an item can be returned if it doesn't match description. However the item must be returned to get a refund. I won't do appeasement refunds on no-return items.

Hi my question how is it possible for this seller to have the buyer pay for returns. No matter what it is? I don't understand. because i have to pay for returns even when the buyer is lying ebay give the return label from my account. How is it possible that I can't make this buyer pay for returns. And even when the buyer lies about the item and ebay could see it. Who the He++ does this guy know to get away with buyers paying for all eturns.

Hi even when the buyer says I purchased the wrong item the buyer still pays for return shipping. How could that be. Please let me know the secret, do I have to bribe some one on ebay to get away with this.

There's no option for a buyer to select "I purchased the wrong item", so I wonder if the Return cited, "Received wrong item". That would be a Not as Described reason in eBay's eyes... so the seller pays.
Afterthought... citing "Ordered by mistake" would be a remorse reason, and if you accepted that, the buyer would pay.

I don't know what person said on Chad Channel but that is incorrect. No such thing as "no returns" EBAY does not care if customer is lying. EBAY Money Back Guarantee (supersedes "no returns" policy) and allows customer to return item by claiming "not as described, counterfeit, defective, missing parts" (you will be forced to refund "purchase price + shipping BOTH ways).
If have "no returns" policy and customer tries to return item using reason "changed my mind/buyer's remorse" you do NOT have the accept return.

The buyer can file a return case for these Remorse reasons and the buyer pays return postage.
A) Doesn't fit
B) Changed my mind
C) Found a better price
D) Just didn't like it
E) Ordered by mistake
The buyer can file a return case for these Not as Described reasons and the seller pays return postage.
1: Doesn't work or defective
2: Doesn't match description or photos
3: Wrong item sent
4: Missing parts or pieces
5: Arrived damaged
6: Doesn't seem authentic
Sellers can choose to offer Free Returns and the seller pays return postage.

Ok so that seller is lying, I don't get to many returns but the returns I have, I have to pay return shipping. I thought that maybe their was a catch to why he says that he doesn't accept returns but the buyer pays for returns even went the wrong size is purchased. According to this seller all buyers pay return shipping no matter what. So he is a lier. thanks for clearing that.

A chad channel? That's like asking a plumber how to fix a car instead of asking a car mechanic. If you want help with eBay come to eBay from now on.
You will never be able to avoid returns or force buyers to pay return shipping because buyers do lie to avoid paying for the return. eBay can't tell if the buyer is lying or if the seller is. They just approve of the return and they get their money back and the seller gets their item back.

What's a "Chad Channel"?
@rosiesattic51 it's up to you to research Ebay's policies on the Ebay site. FYI some buyers may indeed lie to get out of paying return shipping on an item.
