Returns/Refunds - watch them closely

Just caught eBay double dipping on a return/refund. They released the funds that were on hold and then charged us again for the same refund. Watch your money closely folks.

So you had already issued a refund? Or do you mean that eBay released the funds and then charged for a refund??

They charged us twice for a single refund/item. We already called and had them fix it. If the refund was for $20, they took $40 ($20 from withheld funds and another $20 from our bank... for some reason). 

I'm not sure exactly what happened and neither is eBay but the point was we were overcharged and had we not caught it, eBay would have walked away with free money.

Was this a chargeback? Because if you lose that, they will take another $20 for the chargeback fee.
