I sold a phone and in my listing I stated no returns. The buyer received the phone and then filed a return request stating that purchased the wrong phone.
Now in the return request I have the option to decline the return. It also states in the request to please atke action by Dec. 13th.
My concernin is if I decline the return I will receive negative feedback.
My question is, what happens if I don't take action by Dec. 13th? Will the return be automatically approved by Ebay or will the option to escalate the return to Ebay be offered?
I would prefer to escalate it to a claim because I believe I will win and any negative feedback should be removed.

Best to start with low cost items in non scamming categories rather than ipads, computers, gaming systems and phones which tend to be high dollar scammable categories as the buyer realize most newbies have no idea what the are doing or how to fight scammers.
That doesn't sound right for a remorse return but even if it was a snad and ebay was asked to step in, it's my understanding that ebay will send a label to the buyer and tell the seller to refund it once they get the item back. They don't allow the buyer to keep the item and get a refund except in a very few situations.
