Return Label

Is there a way to print a return label through ebay for a customer without going through the return process 

The idea being to get the discounted rates

Not through eBay, but you can print it elsewhere like Pirateship and load an image of the label into the case for the customer to use.  I've had problems with doing that (we use Stamps.com so we do that sometimes) so I always message the customer a PDF copy too.
