Hello,
I sell adult/nude items and today I made a mistake and forgot to edit the subject line to “Nudes” as required on 26 new item I was putting up. So, I got restricted and those 26 items were flagged. I’m used to it selling what I sell, my remaining listings go hidden and I can still make sales. Unfortunately, 45 mins later, someone at ebay went and “Ended” nearly 11,000 listing that are not in violation. I messaged the ebay for business Facebook page and they also stated yes, those were ended in error. Mind you these are not flagged for violations, they were just “ended”. So I message customer service on ebay website and guy tells me he assures me they are only hidden, I said no they are not. Someone ended them and they are in my unsold folder, my app shows only 10 active listings right now. ebay for business Facebook page says ebay can relist them for me since I can’t due to the restriction bc it was their error, but ebay customer service agent tells me I have to wait for 10 days. I pay a store subscription and am losing sales bc of this error!
HELP

"... my app shows only 10 active listings right now."
Wowzer. Now you're down to 6. That's all I got...

4 items are fixed price and hidden. 6 you see are prob auctions. I have been restricted before due to having my “art” on fabric and not paper being told the fabric has no artistic value. With “art” being subjective, I just shake my head and deal with it. But again, with this post they “ended” 11000 items, none of which are marked as violation. They even removed my g-rates items.

ebay customer service is atrocious, only time I ever got anywhere with them was when I was lucky enough to get a US rep on the phone.

I'm only seeing 6 listings. Sorry for your situation. Hopefully eBay will lift the restrictions after the restriction time frame is up. Don't list them again or you could suspended permanently.

That’s the thing the 11000 items are NOT in violation. Only the 26 that I messed up on.

What you can do is reach out on social media via Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/ebayForBusiness/
These agents are US CS eBay employees and may better serve you and your situation. Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful. In the past they were helpful concerning my issue at hand. Give it a try...it might be worth it.
Good luck to you!

sorry for the problem..........out of curiosity do you have those 11,000 listings backed up ?........somewhere you can reload them from if necessary? Ebay wiping out total listings years ago happened more than a couple of times to sellers.....

They are sitting in my unsold folder. All are relist able because they aren’t policy violations. So I can relist them after my 10 day restriction is over for the initial 26 items I screwed up on. But I’m paying a subscription of $75 a month for a store that will have potentially no listings for 1/3rd of the month due to an ebay employee error.

I’m doing well, thought about anchor store and really pumping the listings out, but for the price to pay and constant customer service issue, the subjective nature of some restrictions I’ve received I have ruled it out until hopefully ebay brings back the old Adult Section which would avoid the subjective account restrictions regarding Art.

26 policy violations, it might not have been a mistake.

It was one instance on 26 items, not 26 violations.

Honestly, I do not see how you are even allowed to sell items as puzzles, towels and multiple sized posters using someone else's likeness. Seems like copyright infringement.
Plus the items are not listed under the correct categories. ex. Towels are NOT posters.
