I cant list anything to sell. I try to list (write the whole thing out upload photos etc) and when publishing eBay won’t let me. I haven’t listed in about 5 years (altho have bought on eBay, but I was a stellar seller in the past). All of my info is up to date on eBay, including banking etc. I called their help line (zendesk) twice and the help people insist that there is no block on my account or any reason why I can’t list. Yet I still can’t. What to do?

Zendesk doesn’t provide support for eBay. Did you find the number through a Google search? If so, you might have spoken to scammers. Hopefully you haven’t given them any sensitive info.

Have you completed the Seller Registration process so that you can receive payments?

What's Zendesk? I've never heard of that being affiliated with eBay. You need to get hold of customer service at the top of your page or contact them thru the Facebook link:

These agents are US CS eBay employees and may better serve you and your situation. Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful. In the past they were helpful concerning my issue at hand. I don't believe they work over the weekend, so get hold of them first thing Monday morning. Did you sign on for managed payments? That may be another reason. There is no more Paypal. Here's another link to get you started:
Good luck to you!

Are you getting any type of error message? Are you able to save things in draft status? Are you using the app or running from a desktop/laptop? What are you trying to list?
Do a eBay search and find a sold item anything will work, use the sell similar option, load up a couple of pictures and see if you can save the item to a draft status, make sure you don't accidently list it.

You'd probably have no problem if you ended your corroboration with zendesk. Middlemen third party entities to any transaction are not necessary to sell on eBay. I'd ditch that app.

You have to sign up for Managed Payments. Ebay is now our money processor. Follow the instructions below. If you have ANY questions, please come back and let us help you so you can get it right the first time. Having to make corrections can be a pain staking process. And don't assume anything. Everything must match exactly.
Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.
