Yesterday received this email and my account was blocked with no info about what , supposedly i need to upload proof of tracking but all every single one of my guides were purchased directly from ebay labels/shipping system .
i only had one "problem" but not with the buyer , it was with USPS the package is in limbo and was labeled as lost in a case the buyer opened directly with usps, i lost my item and well returned the money to the buyer , if somebody can help me to resolve this issue, i am selling the majority of my collection because of money problems and this is not helping at all, maybe it was a real problem i understand but the only thing it says upload tracking and like i said , labels are purchased through ebay .
My account is above average with no problems , only one bad review and all the others are positive .

Do as they ask and upload the proof of tracking by giving them the tracking #. I know that you bought the label through eBay labels so just simply take the tracking number that you have for that item and upload it as they requested. I know that it seems silly b/c you bought the label through eBay but sometimes the left had needs to know that the right hand already did that if you know what I mean.
Just upload the tracking number that you already have.
BTW: Did you return the money to the buyer through eBay?

Yes i returned the money through ebay and i have messages with the buyer on ebay so everything is transparent and it should be, i only see edit tracking and no add tracking, do you know if i have to re-edit all the orders and add the same tracking number ?

A text or an email? I do not think that eBay sends texts, only emails through your eBay acct.

Isn't there a place that eBay wants you to upload those tracking numbers? In the resolution center or something?

Sorry if i didn't specify, it was an email and the text in that email is the one posted, thanks for the links, let me try to contact them and see if there is a solution to this.
It doesn't say where to upload the tracking numbers but started adding a second guide(same one) on my orders hub, and well don't think is going to help because the moment i press save all that "new tracking" info it just detects is the same tracking number and it just leaves one number or row and not the second number that i just entered.
