Im a newer seller, my wife has been making and selling masks, most of the people have really loed them. Recently I had a couple buyers with problems and instead of filing claims or just returning they left neg feedback. One said she didnt like the way the characters were facing on the mask and wanted a second mask sent to her. I told her I would refund her but to ship the mask back on me. She didnt reply for ten days and then left feedback saying I basically wasnt honest in the description and didnt handle her issue. When I asked her why she waited ten days he said her ebay links werent working so she couldnt contact me. iM like why not go to ebay directly or even paypal?
The second buyer has feedback saying shes tried to scam other sellers. I get a message stamped at 9:47 pm saying the elastic on the mask broke, not likely but it could happen. I go in on my lunch break to offer a refund at 1pm THE NEXT DAY, and the buyer has already left feedback saying I didnt address their issue.
I guess Im just wondering do we have at least 24 hours or some type of time frame to respond? Im getting very discouraged because its like buyers can just say whatever and mess up your rating without any proof or even giving you a chance to fix anything. Im just very concerned that other buyers will read these no knowing the full picture and if it can cause me problems being able to sell at some point
