Required to Change Condition of Trading Card Lots but Only Show New/Used Option

Starting Oct. 23rd 2003 all listings choosing the category of "trading cards" are required to choose grading or ungraded then either the grade or raw condition.  "Trading Card Lots" doesn't have this option which is required starting on that date.  Did this actually get past a multi-billion corporation prior to rollout?

Sound like it's only required for singles according to the help page...

This change will affect all single trading cards in the following categories:

●  Sports Memorabilia, Cards & Fan Shop > Sports Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles
●  Collectibles > Non-Sport Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles
●  Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards
