Requesting a refund for a duplicate label

Sometimes, my thermal printed does not print off the label with all the needed information on it to give to the post office. When I re-print immediately after, will Ebay charge me for another label? I can't find any articles on how to request a refund that was charged twice? Also, how are you all contacting Ebay for help? I can't find that information either. ugggg. Thanks I appreciate all your help. Jen

Reprinting the same label will not trigger a second charge. That is, a reprint is just a second copy of the same label, in particular with the same tracking number.

If you buy a second label instead (which is not necessary if you just had a glitch printing the first one), that second label will have a different tracking number.

You should find that when you purchased the label through eBay, you also received a copy of it in your email account, attached to the confirmation, so you can download that label from the confirmation email and print it again as needed until you get a good printout.

Even easier; just go to the original 'order' and click 'print another label' and across the top will be a link telling you 'you already purchased a label- click here' and you will be taken to the 'label' page where you can reprint- all right here on ebay.

Re: Requesting a refund for a duplicate label

IF, and ONLY "IF", you have accidentally purchased a 2nd label, you can cancel the 1st one here:

https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub

Make sure you prined a new 2nd label.

As correctly advised prior, if you "reprinted" the original label, this does not apply. The Reprint is Free.
