Does anyone have a suggestions for being able to reconcile the reports? The shipping charges are not what I was given at the time I printed the label so its hard to match them up, especially with no item description. I am being charged an International fee for an item that was shipped to Delaware? And can someone tell me who thought it was a good idea to charge different FVF's for different categories? Keep it simple!

Don't UPS & Fex have the option to change the shipping charge after you print a label?
International fee is charged if Buyer has an account outside the US..............

As @dhbookds points out , fedex and UPS charges are subject to change after you print the label. Once they weigh and measure the parcel they post the final actual charge back to eBay about 1 to 2 weeks later.
One place those charges show up with correct shipping amount is in the payments / reports / monthly tax invoice. If you pull in the fedex and UPS label charges from those tax reports it will be the correct amount. Note that USPS label costs are not on that report.
I use an Excel spreadsheet with the main page being a line item for each sale, then pull in needed amounts from different eBay reports kept in separate tabs. I use a simple formula to pull in the correct amounts by matching the item number which does appear on all reports.
You can also get promotional ad fees, subscription, and international fees and other odd fees that you might otherwise miss deducting from that monthly tax report. You will have to pull in USPS label cost from a different report.
