Nope. First he messages me and says the item was wrong scale.
Sorry, made using an original as the master and I've sold hundreds over the years with all happy buyers. I told him so and told him to return for a refund.
Otherwise, forget it.
Already BBL'd
Probably my next neg. So be it.

Sounds like you have done what you can.
Did you refund?
Not sure you can get a negative.

Yep, you're dealing with a mil len ial.
They always want something for nothing, or find a fault for a discount.
You handled it.

You know if they file an INAD or an INR, you'll be refunding.
Without tracking, you'll loose an INR case.

@Anonymous
What makes you think the buyer is a "mil len ial?" (It's "millennial," BTW.) Have you looked at the OP's listings? Are model trains big with that age group--who are now between 25 and 40?

Looked at your listing, looks pretty clear to me what scale they are for.

What does "made using an original as master," mean? Forgive my ignorance, but is that allowed?

Doubtful. They are resin castings made from some other company's original parts.

Yep, the M's are liable to buy anything.
Misspelled and broken up to avoid the bots.
Posters have been suspended from the boards for just using the word (first-hand knowledge).

I seem to have posted the word "millennial" without any repercussions--neither censored by "bots" nor "suspended from the boards." I think you must be mistaken regarding bots and your "first-hand knowledge." Perhaps it was some other infraction.
P.S. For future reference, if a word is banned from use in the Community, misspelling and/or breaking it up is still a violation that can and will be addressed by moderators.

Rambling thought not directed toward anyone in particular and reflecting only my own personal experiences, but I've found that for the most part the millennial group has never been a problem. People my age and older, however, can be demanding, rude, entitled and downright snotty. I'm a '65 model.
We seem to be getting closer and closer to a situation where nobody is responsible for what they did but we are all responsible for what somebody else did. - Thomas Sowell

Reproductions are made and sold all the time for all kinds of things. Usually because they dont make them anymore. Models are no different. Even the term models implies they are already copies.
