So I got not just my first negative feedback but 3 in a row from a lady who bought 3 items. She left negative feedback saying she didn't get the items. I asked for a revision with the tracking numbers showing they were delivered that day and she replied with on all 3 transactions:
"My most sincere apology. The package had fallen behind a plant and i did not see it. I did receive and the packaging was fabulous and the journals are beautiful. Sorry for any trouble my initial feedback may have caused."
And the negatives are still there. She's new with zero feedback herself but my 100% positive feedback that I've had for over 20 years is now 99%. Is there a way to ask ebay to remove those?

I have seen the screen cap and I have seen your feedback profile. Those negs were not revised.
Use eBay memsages to communicate directly with her. Ask her to check her messages or email to find the message with a link from eBay about how to revise her original comments.

A buyer cannot change the feedback they left, unless the seller sends a formal Feedback Revision Request:

I did send a revision request for each item and what I posted was the reply she left on the revision request:
Hopefully that screen cap stuck. If there was something else she was supposed to do, she didn't do it. Like I said, she's new with zero feedback. There doesn't seem to be anything else for me to do with this system. Is there some other way to fix this?

Your buyer has done a reply, not a revision.
When a buyer does a revision, the original feedback and rating disappear and they are replaced by the new comment and rating. The buyer can do a revision only if you, the seller, send a formal feedback revision request as described in the link I provided above. If you have sent that, then the buyer did not click on it in order to do the revision. They have 10 days to do so after the date of your request.

I don't know if the screen cap I attached stuck or if my replies here aren't showing up, but I have requested the revision, she left that reply and I don't see any option for me to reply to her reply to say "Hey, can you please click the button to change your feedback since you just said you found your items and are very happy with the."

Can you keep from messing with it until the buyer responds to your feedback revision? You're over-thinking it...
