Remove automation rules

I am having a problem with ebay “remove autiomation rules”.

When I list an auction using the app for IPhone, ebay automatically realists auction if it does not sell. When I go to try to “remove autiomation rules”, I get an error message. I called before and ebay told me to list using the website to avoid this.

I want to use the app, it is easier. Why is the app for difficult now.

Anyone else having this problem?

I've heard from many members here as well as CS agents that the mobile app has tons of glitches and things wrong with it. You'd think ebay would address and fix it huh. After all, they say 70% of all buyers buy using mobile devices... I don't know where ebay gets that info from.

Anyway, I only use desktop site to sell on.

YES! And I'm on my computer, not my phone, and I still can't fix the automation rules.

Please eBay....NO MORE AUTOMATIC LISTINGS!!!!

Yes i had the same problem with the app. I called eBay and it's best done on the full site. As i only use my phone i was advised to switch to seller hub (i think you have to call them to do that). Been on it months now and it's so much easier.
