I just got my invoice for March - April and it doesn't include any of

rarely get negative adjustments, usually mine come even lower than

I've never had problems with Fedex and shipped with them for quite some
time, if dimensions and weight are correct, standard box - no issues,
even positive adjustments. Did you see where dimensions were shown
incorrectly in adjustment summary in ship...
You should be able to file a missing package claim. I believe buyer can
do the same to take care of it on the other side of the border. If USPS
doesn't have the proof that package was delivered, they should move
forward with claim.
As a side note, if item returned item is damaged or not the original
one, you don't have to process full or any refund and can report the
buyer. Been there done that. I would also put a disclaimer in your
listings that vintage transfers may not produ...
